4 Notes on operating the device

The device can be operated at 12V DC or 24V AC.
l
If the device or the cables connected to the device are located near sources of strong
radiation, the video image may be distorted.
l
The device is equipped with automatic gain control (AGC). In low light the image may
be altered (e.g. noise). This is not a malfunction.
l
The quality of the video image depends on the lighting and the monitor used to display
the video image.
l
Automatic white balance depends on the lighting used and can cause colour distortions
in artificial light.
l
Poor lighting can lead to faulty white balance.
