Starting the dc two grinder
Use
Push the ON/OFF switch on (Pic. 1).
When the display shows the notice contained in the
flow chart below, the coffee grinder is ready and in GCS automatic adjustment mode. To connect it to
the coffee machine, it is necessary to start the GCS
on the machine as well and configure GCS settings.
When the portafilter is attached to the coffee machine, the coffee grinder automatically recognises the
dose to be poured (single or double) through specific feeler pins. If you remove the portafilter from its
support before the grinding ends, the pouring stops and the remaining grinding time is kept in memory
(the interrupted dose button will blink as a reminder).
If you wish, you can delete the remaining grinding time from memory by pushing the blinking button.
If the grinder is in GCS mode, you cannot adjust it manually. Grinding, cleaning and ordinary maintenance
will only be possible.
If you wish to access the main menu for information or to adjust the grinder setting parameters, push
the button for 3 seconds.
NOTE
A wrong programming of the GCS system does not affect the safety nor the correct functioning of
the appliance.
