The malfunction is detected by thermistor and timer-check.

Malfunction 
decision conditions

The error is generated when disinfection function is not completed correctly. Either tank temperature 
for disinfection [A.4.4.4.] is not reached or temperature is not kept for required time [A.4.4.5.].

Supposed causes

Disinfection function was interrupted by DHW tapping

Large DHW tapping happened recent before the programmed start-up of disinfection

BSH is restricted during disinfection
