Removal Procedure

Warning
Be sure to wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before
disassembling work.

Points

Remove the screw, and
then the drip proof
plate.
The position of the indoor
heat exchanger thermistor
varies by model.
Be careful not to lose the clip
of the thermistor.

Remove the screw and
release the earth/
ground wire.
Pull out the indoor heat
exchanger thermistor.

Remove the 4 screws
and release the
connecting wires.
Remove the screw, and
then the wire fixture.
For U.S. models
U.S. models do not have the
wire fixture. There is a
conduit hole on the back of
the unit.
When reassembling, make
sure the connecting wires
pass through the conduit
hole and the conduit pipe is
securely fastened by the lock
nut.
