Trouble Cause Treatment
Cannot register sensor
Has the device been
factory defaulted
properly?
Please check the manual for each Zigbee sensor
for how to factory default the device.
* After registration, it may take about 30 seconds
for the Zigbee sensor to appear on the DAIKIN
APP screen.
Is it registered with
another remote
controller?
Factory default the Zigbee sensor.
Have you refreshed or
redisplayed the
screen? Please refresh the DAIKIN APP registration screen
again. If it still does not appear, close the
registration screen and then open it again.
Did you factory default
the sensor after
displaying the DAIKIN
APP registration
screen for a few
minutes?
The DAIKIN APP registration screen has a timeout
period. Please factory default the sensor after
refreshing the DAIKIN APP registration screen, or
closing and reopening the screen.
I cannot tell which
Zigbee sensor is the
one I registered/I want
to register when
looking at the app
registration screen.

Check the MAC address in accordance with the
Zigbee sensor manual.
“Low battery level” is
displayed on the
registration screen of
the app.
Is the Zigbee sensor
battery depleted?
Please replace the battery. Please refer to the
Zigbee sensor manual for instructions on
replacement.
The settings button for
the CO

sensor does
not appear on the app

device a supported
model?
Please check with your dealer for supported
models.
An unintended sensor
is registered
Are there any battery-
loaded Zigbee
sensors nearby?
Even if a Zigbee sensor has been deregistered it
may get registered again when the registration
screen is displayed on the app. Remove the
battery before deregistering.
Are there any other
people around you
registering Zigbee
sensors?
Sensor registration should be done one at a time,
making sure there are no competing sensors
around.
I cannot deregister the
sensor Is the battery still in
the Zigbee sensor? Be sure to remove the batteries from the Zigbee
sensor to be deregistered before deregistering it.
