Functions and Actions to Be Aware of
1. Overload Detection(Error1)
: In the case where the stirrer’s motor is overloaded due to the viscosity, operating time and rpm
of the target fluid exceeding the capacity of the stirrer, this function detects such overload and
puts a stop to the stirrer’s operation.

In the case where the operation is stopped due to an overload, stop the stirrer, sufficiently cool
down the stirrer, and then re-activate the stirrer.
2. Error Detection(Error1)
: In the case where the rotation of the stirrer’s impeller is interrupted by a suspended object or
where a fluid having a viscosity exceeding the stirrer’s rotation torque is stirred, this function
detects such error and puts a stop to the stirrer’s operation to protect the stirrer.

In the case where the operation is stopped due to an error, remove the object interrupting the
impeller.

In the case where the operation is stopped due to a high viscosity, it is recommended to
replace the stirrer with a stirrer having a larger capacity or to replace the impeller with a more
suitable impeller.

In order to maintain this product’s durability, once this product is stopped and the power switch
is turned off, it is recommended to wait at least 30 seconds before re-activating this product.
