Make sure that the NMS and the Agent are using the same SNMP version, otherwise the NMS and
Agent connection might fail.
5.5.2 Configuring SNMP

When the server needs to access the Switch, it needs to set the corresponding
username, password and authentication type to complete the security verification, and
the v1 and v2 versions are not selectable.
We recommend you select the SNMP v3. Selecting SNMP v1 or SNMP v2 might be risky.
Step 3
Configure parameters.
