Chapter 11 Sequin Embroidery

BECS-A88/C88 computerized embroidery machine owner’s manual

Centralized operation can be divided into three parts: “sequin start”, “sequin

finish” and “sequin sending”.

(1)

Press the key

in the bottom of the screen,

select

, and then select “sequin start”, then

all the presser feet go down.

(2)

Press the key

in the bottom of the screen,

select

, and then select “sequin finish”,

then all the presser feet go up.

(3)

Press the key

in the bottom of the screen,

select

, and then select “sequin sending”,

then all the devices will send out one sequin at the time you press the key

(presser foot should be down at first).

Separated Operation

Separated sequin sending manually: switch down the sequin control switch to send

sequin manually to the separate head. Users can press the switch to let the device

send one sequin at a time. You keep on pressing the switch, sequins will be

continuously sent out.

Status lamps will tell users about the head conditions, which offer easy debugging

and trouble shooting.

When the sequin control switch is turned up, blue light is out and the valve

is up. No operation is acceptable.
