Step 1: Installing the wheel shaft with crown gear
1. Push the first wheel onto the end of the shaft
2. Put the shaft into the shaft holder of the chassis
3. Put the second wheel onto the shaft

Step 2: Installing the back wheels

NOTE!
Assemble the front wheels exactly as shown on the drawing
Assemble the front wheels as shown on the drawing,
using the 2 pcs. wheels and the metal wheel shaft.
Assemble the back wheel shaft as shown on the drawing. In this step you
need the Chassis, 2 pcs. M2.3 x 8 tapping screws, metal wheel shaft with
crown gear and the wheel shaft holder.

a. The detailed drawing shows how to turn the wire around the M3
screws. Wrap it around 2 or 3 times (see drawing).
b. One of the blue wires of the motor will be connected with the
screw of the switch.
c. The separate 25 cm blue wire will be connected with the other
screw of the switch.
Assemble the motor as shown on the drawing. In this step you
need; 1 pc. wired motor, 2 pcs. Switch mount, 2 pcs. M3x 8 screw,
2 pcs. nut and 1 piece of blue wire.

Assembly of a wheel to an ax
Hit slightly with a small plastic hammer,
OR BETTER:
Push the wheel on the shaft with your hands.

In step 6 you can see how to make a wire spiral
Note!
Before you start with the wiring,
you always must remove about
2 cm of the plastic insulation.
