VI. Circuit Diagram Explanation
Tuner(DTV : ATSC, ISDB-T, DVB-T/T2, ATV : PAL, SECAM, NTSC) receives live TV signal as
picture above. After receiving, this TV signal is converted to IF and passed to Demodulator. This
demodulator makes TS(transport Stream) or CVBS(Composite Video) for Decoder.
Usually, this kind of demodulator and Decoder are in the ONE SOC main chipset.

Demodulator
TS(Transport Stream) or CVBS(Composite Video) signal are passed to MPEG decoder. These input
signal are converted to 16 Bit Digital Video Out signal by decoder and passed to Scaler again. This
front-end decoder effect on overall TV performance.
