Notes
1. 5V tolerant is only supported if the power supply voltage is between 2.7 and 3.6V. For lower
Power supply voltages this is maximum 3.3V tolerant.
2. Because of test issues these pads are not 5V tolerant and they should be at power supply
Voltage level or at a maximum of 0.5V that level.
