Chapter 7 : Using the Special Features
Parental Control Settings
This item helps parents to set the standard for the programs which their children is going to watch.

With the TV on, press the MENU button. Then press the

VOL
B
buttons until “Special” menu
will be displayed.

Use the

buttons to select “Parental Ctrl.” item.

Use the
C
VOL
B
buttons to enter into “Parental Ctrl.” settings.

Use the number buttons(0-9) to enter your password, then “Parental Ctrl.” menu will be dis-
played. If this is the first time you are using your “Parental Ctrl.” menu, after entering your pass-
word you have to remember it.

The Parental Lock feature will be selected. Use the
C
VOL
B
buttons to toggle “On” or “Off”.

Use the

buttons to select the Parental Control settings you wish to adjust.

buttons to adjust the Parental Control settings.

Use the MENU button to return to the previous menu.
* On the blocked screen, if you want to watch the blocked content, press the DISPLAY button
twice. Then the following sentence is displayed on the screen, and if you enter the password
the block is cancelled. If you turn the TV off and on, the content with ratings will be blocked
again.
