Handset ringer volume
The handset has 6 ringer volume settings: Off and 1–5.
1. Press to open the main menu.
2. Press or until
Handset is displayed, then press .
3. Press or to select either Int Ring Vol or Ext Ring Vol and press .
4. Press or to highlight the volume you require and press to confi rm.
5. Press repeatedly to exit and return to standby.
Handset ringer melody
You can choose from 10 polyphonic ringer melodies for both external and internal calls.
1. Press to open the main menu.
2. Press or until
Handset is displayed, then press .
3. Press or to select either Ext Melody or Int Melody and press .
4. Use or to hear and select a melody. Press to confi rm your selection.
5. Press repeatedly to exit and return to standby.
Handset name
You can give your handset a name to personalise it.
1. Press to open the main menu.
2. Press or until
Handset is displayed, then press .
3. Press or to display Handset Name and press .
4. The existing handset name is displayed, followed by a fl ashing cursor. Use to delete the current
name and enter a name using the keypad, then press to confi rm.
5. Press repeatedly to exit and return to standby.
Display language
You can change the language that is shown on your handset display. There are 17 languages to
choose from.
