Y_SHELF(Y_SCAN_GND).

5V - Supplied from POWER MODULE through DIGITAL-board. Used for LOGIC IC power

supply. Also, power supply of 5V_Y2, 5V_Y3 is supplied through 7805 regulator from DC-

DC converter Trans TY2 s output.

Yer - Supplied by POWER MODULE. (166V)
