Plastic hook fitting assembly:

Hose and lance assembly:
1. Thread the
strap down,
through the slot
of the plastic
hook fitting.
2. Thread the strap
through the slit of
the plastic clip from
the flat side and run
the strap back up
so that it is parallel
with the other end
of the strap.
3.Thread the
strap back up,
through the
slot of the
plastic hook
fitting.
4. Pull both
parts of the
strap up.
5. Push the
plastic clip in
the plastic
hook
holeumtil in
position.
6. Attach the
hook to the
bottom of the
sprayer.
1. Thread the
strap down,
throughand
out the bottom
of the strap
loop.
2. Thread the strap
through theslit of
the plastic clip from
the flat side and run
the strap back up
so that it is parallel
with the other end
of the strap.
3.Thread the
strap back up,
through and
out the top of
the strap loop.
4. Pull both
parts of the
strap up.
5. Line up the
plastic clip
with the strap
loop hole.
6. Push the
plastic clip in
the strap loop
hole until in
position.
1.Position the
pump handle
retaining loop
fitting on the top
of the plunger.
2. Push the long
end of the
connecting rod
through the pump
handle retaining
loop fitting and the
holes on top of the
plunger.
3. Insert split pin.
4. Clip the pump
handle retaining
loop to the pump
handle.
5. Push the
other end of the
connecting rod
through the
hole on the
pump handle.
6. Fit the
washer and the
split pin.
1. Insert the
pump handle into
the front hole at
the bottom of the
tank.
2. Turn the pump
handle down
towards you and
locate the pump
handle retaining
clip hole.
3. Push the
pump handle
retaining clip
onto the pump
handle ensuring
that the notch
goes into the
hole.
1. Screw one
end of the hose
onto the top of
the plunger.
2. Screw the
other end of the
hose onto the
bottom end of
the switch.
3. Screw one
end of the lance
to the top of the
switch. Attach
the nozzle of
choice to the
other end of the
lance.
