ASSEMBLY OF THE THROTTLE BODY
Assembly is the reverse order of removal.
Assemble the o-ring to the throttle body.
INSTALLATION OF INSULATOR AND
THROTTLE BODY
Installation of insulator and throttle body in the
reverse order of removal
Check the o-ring when the insulator assembly.
Assemble the insulator gasket.
ADJUSTMENT OF THROTTLE CABLE
INSPECTION OF SENSOR AND
ACTUATOR
Assemble the throttle cable
Adjust the free play of the throttle grip ( -4)
Connect each sensor and the actuator’s coupler.
Check the ISA (Idle speed actuator) ( -23)
Check the TPS (Throttle position sensor ( -17)

Replace the o-ring with new one.
Replace the gasket with new one.
The assembled insulator and throttle body assemble
to cylinder head.
Torque : 1.2 kgf m
Be sure to the value of TPS is whether the
standard value after it became assembly.
Check the MAPAT sensor ( -14)
