Fuel System

Throttle Valve

Removal

●

Remove the R. side cover.

●

Remove the seat and the fuel tank. Loosen the
carburetor top slowly and remove the throttle
valve.

●

Remove the throttle cable connection out of
the throttle valve, then remove the throttle
valve.

●

Remove the throttle valve spring, carburetor
top out of the throttle cable.

●

Remove the retainer clip and jet needle. Inspect
the jet needle, throttle valve for damage and
wear.
