WARNING
This appliance is equipped with a three prong grounding
plug for your protection against possible electric shock
hazards. It must be plugged into a dedicated, grounded
electrical outlet. Where a standard two prong electrical
outlet is encountered, it is the personal responsibility
and obligation of the customer to have it replaced with a
dedicated, properly grounded three prong electrical outlet.
Do not under any circumstances:
♦ Cut or remove the third (ground) prong from the
power cord.
♦ Use an adapter plug.
♦ Use an extension cord.
♦ Use a power cord that is frayed or damaged.
♦ Use of a ground fault interrupter (GFI) is not
recommended.

: Do not store or use combustible,
flammable or explosive vapors and liquids (such as
gasoline) inside or in the vicinity of this or any other
appliance. Also keep items that could explode, such
as aerosol cans, away from the range or cooktop. Do
not store flammable or explosive materials in adjacent
cabinets or areas.

a) Installation work and electrical wiring must be
done by qualified person(s) in accordance with
all applicable codes and standards, including
fire-rated construction.
b) Sufficient air is needed for proper combustion
and exhausting of gases through the
flue(chimney) of fuel burning equipment to
prevent back drafting. Follow the heating
equipment manufacturer’s guideline and safety
standards such as those published by the
National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and
the American Society for Heating, Refrigeration
and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and
the local code authorities.
c) When cutting or drilling into wall or ceiling, do
not damage electrical wiring and other hidden
utilities.
d) Ducted fans must always be vented to the
outdoors.
