Section 3: Configuration
Privacy Masking
On this page you can draw a privacy mask on the screen. This area of the camera's display will
not be visible in the live video or video playback and cannot be recorded. In the list at the
bottom, you can select an existing mask and either
Delete
or
Modify
it.
To create a new privacy mask, select an area of the live video display and click
Add.
To change the name or color of the privacy mask, click the checkbox next to it under
Privacy
Masking List
at the bottom of the screen and click
Modify.
To clear the mask area, click the checkbox next to the desired privacy mask and click
Delete.
The name and color of the mask area is changeable.
