clear counters
Purpose Used to clear the switch’s statistics counters.
Syntax clear counters {ports <portlist>}
Description This command will clear the counters used by the switch to compile
statistics.
Parameters
<portlist>

specifies a port or range of ports to be displayed.
Restrictions Only administrator-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
To clear the counters:
DES-3550:4#clear counters ports 2-9
Command: clear counters ports 2-9
Success.
