Blinking Transmitting/receiving data
Off The link is not active

On The device is using full-duplex mode
Blinking Indicates a collision of data when using half-duplex mode
Off The device is using half-duplex

100 (Speed)
(10/100 Mbps models only)
On The link has negotiated at 100 Mbps
Off The link has negotiated at 10 Mbps
