Manual Internet Configuration
Russia PPTP (Dual Access)
If you are in Russia and your ISP uses a PPTP connection, choose Russia PPTP (Dual Access) from the drop-down
menu. Your ISP will provide you with a username and password. This option is typically used for DSL services.

Select
Static IP
if your ISP assigned you the IP address,
subnet mask, gateway, and DNS server addresses. In
most cases, select
Dynamic IP
.
Enter the IP address (Static PPTP only).
Enter the Subnet Mask of the PPTP connection.
(Static PPTP only).
Enter the Gateway IP Address provided by your ISP.
Enter the IP address of the DNS Server supplied by your
ISP.
The default MAC Address is set to the WAN/Internet
port’s physical interface MAC address on the Broadband
Router. It is not recommended that you change the default
MAC address unless required by your ISP. You can use
the
Clone MAC Address
button to replace the WAN/
Internet port’s MAC address with the MAC address of
your Ethernet card.
Enter the IP address or DNS Name of the
PPTP Server provided by your ISP.
Enter your PPTP username.
Enter your PPTP password and then retype
the password in the
PPTP Confirm Password
box.
