Only N: Enable this mode if your network has only 802.11n devices.

Auto B/G: Enable this mode if your network contains a mix of 802.11b and 802.11n
devices. 802.11n devices will not be able to connect to your network in this mode.

Auto G/N: Enable this mode if your network contains a mix of 802.11g and 802.11n
devices. 802.11b devices will not be able to connect to your network in this mode.

Auto B/G/N: Enable this mode if your network contains a mix of 802.11b, 802.11g,
and 802.11n devices.
Auto Channel Scan : A wireless network uses specific channels in the wireless spectrum to
handle communicaUon between clients. Some channels in your area may experience
interference from other electronic devices. The router will choose the opUmal channel to
help maximize the performance and coverage of your wireless network.
Wireless Channel : If the Auto Channel Scan feature is disabled, you may manually select
your wireless channel from the drop-­‐down menu.
Transmission Rate : Select the desired wireless transmission rate using the drop-­‐down menu.
It is recommended that this seXng be leg as Best (automa:c) .
Channel Width : Select the bandwidth to be user for wireless transmission from the drop-­‐
down menu.
Visibility Status : Select whether you wish to make your wireless network Visible or Invisible
to devices scanning for available networks.
Select a wireless Security Mode . It is recommended that WPA-­‐Personal be used if all devices
connecUng to your wireless network support this standard.
