How do I change the IP address on my router?
Example: You are using other networking equipment and want to change the router’s IP
address in order to avoid any IP conflicts.
Router Mode Only
Step 1: Make sure your computer or mobile device is connected to the DIR-‐505 by Wi-‐Fi.
Open your web browser and enter hcp://dlinkrouter or hcp://dlinkrouter.local into the
address bar.
Step 2: At the login page, enter the Admin Password. If you have not changed the
administrator password, leave the field blank. Click
Log In
.
Step 3: Move the cursor to the Setup tab at the top of the page and then click Network
