Purpose Used to display the current OSPF virtual neighbor router table.
Syntax
show ospf virtual_neighbor {<area_id> <neighbor id>}
Description This command will display the current OSPF virtual neighbor router
table.
Parameters <area_id>
−
A 32-bit number in the form of an IP address
(xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) that uniquely identifies the OSPF area in the
OSPF domain.
<neighbor_id>
−
The OSPF router ID for the neighbor. This is a 32-
bit number in the form of an IP address (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) that
uniquely identifies the remote area

s Area Border Router.
Restrictions None.
Usage Example
To display the current OSPF virtual neighbor table:
local>show ospf virtual_neighbor
Command: show ospf virtual_neighbor
