Section 3 - Configuration
Add Device
Name:
Enter a name for the device.
MAC Address:
Enter the MAC address of the device, or select the MAC address of the
device from the drop-down menu.
Schedule:
Use the drop-down menu to select the time schedule that the
Wi-Fi network will be enabled for. The schedule may be set to
Always
Enable
, or you can create your own schedules in the
Schedule
section. Refer to
for more information.
Click
Apply
when you are done.
Device
This page allows you to create parental control rules for devices connected
to the extender. This allows you to configure Internet access for connected
devices. From the Admin page, click
System
. To return to the Admin page,
click
Device
.
To begin, use the drop-down menu to select whether you want to
ALLOW
or
DENY
the rules you create. You can also choose to turn parental control
OFF
.
If you wish to remove a rule, click on its trash can icon in the Delete column. If
you wish to edit a device, click on its pencil icon in the Edit column. If you wish
to create a new rule, click the
Add Device
button. Click
Save
when you are
done. If you edit or create a rule, the following options will appear:
