Section 4 - Configuration
User
The User section is used to create, manage, and delete user accounts with
user-defined access to certain router services.
In the Features menu on the bar on the top of the page, click
Quick VPN
.
To configure user accounts, on the Quick VPN page click
User
.
If you wish to remove a user account, click on its trash can icon in the Delete
column. If you wish to edit a user account, click on its pencil icon in the Edit
column. If you wish to create a new user, click the
Create User
button. Click
Save
when you are done. If you edit or create a rule, the following options will
appear:
User Name:
Enter a username for the new user account.
Password
Enter a password for the new user account.
SAMBA
Status
Enable or disable the Windows File Sharing function for this user,
allowing connected clients access to media files over the network.
Permission
If

is enabled, choose to assign either
Read Only
or
3FBE
Write
permission.
