1) Check whether the voice function is enabled. If not, connect the device to the
network and then enable the function in the CZUR APP.
2) Check whether the video call camera is on, and whether the video call camera
indicator is on.
Check whether the brightness is at the highest or lowest level. If it is at the highest level,
the brightness cannot be higher, and if it is at the lowest level, the brightness cannot be
lower.
