Interface classification
All interfaces of the product (Ethernet 10/100BaseT, Audio/Video analog and digi-tal connectors and low voltage power supply
port ) are classified as SELV

Ethernet ports are connected only to devices that support the same kind of interface, and the cable used must not
leave the building where the product is installed, otherwise there could be safety problems in case of overvoltages.
Power sources
The product should be operated only with power source of the same kind as indi-cated on the power adapter rating plate.
Use only the Class II power adapter provided with the product. It must be a limited power source as described in IEC/EN 60950-1
(§ 2.5) and it must be compliant to national standards of the specific country where the equipment is installed. It is strictly
forbidden to use different type of power source.
USB
The equipment has to be connected to a standard USB device that is a limited power source as described in IEC/EN 60950-1 (§ 2.5).
Accessibility
The plug-socket serves as the main disconnecting device. Be sure that the used power outlet is easily accessible and located as
close to the user as possible.
Overloading
Do not overload an electrical outlet, power strip, or extension power cable to re-duce the risk of fire or electric shock.
Antenna cable (DVB-T technology)
Please make sure that the antenna cabling and the ground clamping in your home are correctly implemented, before connecting
the STB to the antenna cable. In case of doubt contact companies specializing on the technical resolution of such problems.
Maintenance
To avoid electrical shock or exposition to overvoltages, do not open the case. There are no parts inside the product that can be
substitute by the user. In the event that the product requires service, contact your service provider.
