How to reboot the STB
After a system crash, to reboot the STB follow the steps below:
•
Push the “
STAND-BY
” Button in the STB front panel, for
5 seconds
. The device will reboot automatically
b. Push the “Reset” Button in the STB back panel, for 5 seconds.
If this procedure doesn’t work please follow the steps described below (“a” or “b”):
a. Disconnect the Set Top Box from the power adapter. Then wait
10 seconds
before connecting again the STB to the
mains power outlet.
Note:
These procedures do not delete User Service Configurations.
