User Setting
Select these options to adjust your personal settings. The Weight, Max Heart Rate, and Wheel Size
settings are used to calculate how many calories you burn during exercise.
10.13.1
Weight setting
1.
Select : [Button B] > Settings > Personal
2.
Select : Weight
3.
Select the weight range from 35 ~ 300 Kg
with [Button C] or [Button D]. Confirm with
[Button E].

Go back to the previous menu with [Button
B]

Max Heart Rate setting
It is recommended that you exercise within 55 % to 85 % of your maximum heart rate for at
least 20 to 30 minutes to get the best results from aerobic exercise or from the max heart rate
formula. The max heart rate formula for man is ( 220 – age ) and for women is 206 - ( 0.88 x age )
is upper limit of what your cardiovascular system can handle during physical activity.

Select : [Button B] > Settings > Personal
2.
Select : Max HR
3.
Select the Max heart rate range from 90 ~
220 bpm with [Button C] or [Button D].
Confirm with [Button E].

Go back to the previous menu with
[Button B]

Wheel Size and Circumference
The wheel size is marked on both sides of the tire.
