Smart Window & Door Sensor
To access your Smart Window & Door Sensor, tap on your Smart + IR Remote Control in the Cygnett Home
Screen, then select your Smart Window & Door Sensor.
Your Smart Window & Door Sensor senses when a window or door is closed or opened. Pair this with your pre-
existing Cygnett Smart Home products to create a scene, based on open or close events. For information on how
to create a scene with your Smart Window & Door
Sensor, please refer to the ‘Create a Scene’ user manual on
Cygnett Care

On the Smart Window & Door Sensor main screen, you will see the activity log of when your window or door was
closed or opened. To clear your activity log, tap ‘Clear all history’.
Options
For settings and information on your Smart Window & Door Sensor, select the Options icon. There are 2 selections
in this section
– Settings and Delete. The Settings option will display information regarding your device, and you
can rename your Smart Window & Door Sensor by selecting the
icon. To delete all saved information
regarding your Smart Window & Door Sensor, press Confirm. If you would like to receive a notification each time
your window or door is opened or closed, tap ‘Allow notifications’ in the Settings section.
