LATCH:
No tether. Lower connector use is optional.
On B2Fix+Lux rigid lower connectors are located at
bottom of seat. Squeeze orange release handle under
front of booster base and pull connectors all the way
out, then rotate connectors 180 degrees (diagram 6).
Push connectors onto lower anchors. Green indicators
become visible on release buttons when connectors
are properly secured (diagram 7). Squeeze orange release handle and push
booster toward vehicle seat back until it is flush.
On B

Fix, a webbing strap with two hook connectors is stored in a
compartment on the underside of the booster base (diagram 8). May be
installed in center seating position when spacing between bars is 11
-
20
inches and when vehicle manufacturer designates it as a LATCH location.
To install, remove both connectors from their storage, attach to anchors,
tighten strap. Do not overtighten. Do not install booster using lower
connectors if a safety belt or safety belt buckle is located between
lower anchors.
Other:
No portion of booster can extend beyond edge of vehicle seat.
Use of cup holders is optional.
For initial setup of the booster, side impact bolsters must be slid
into guides under backrest cover (diagram 9) until an audible
“
click
”
is
heard.
Restraint expires eight years from date of manufacture.
