2. Ensure that there are
green boxes
on the screen around the boxes that have been filed-in with
a
cross
on the slip.
If the expected image is not obtained:
Ensure that the slip has been inserted in the proper direction.
If the expected image is not obtained, verify with your helpdesk
that the slip is a valid slip,
i.e., that the form code has been registered in the
cross02.bin
file placed in the
EngBench
installation directory.
If the expected image is not obtained, clean the scanner as detailed in the
Scanner
Maintenance
section on page 26 and then repeat the calibration procedure.
After several trials, if the expected image is not obtained, the scanner is faulty and must be
replaced.
