R[15:0]
R(15) Event - Event occurred since last read.
R(14) Time Jump - This value is asserted when the
time has been adjusted by a jump.
R(13) Reserved - Reserved for future use.
R(12) Reserved - Reserved for future use.
R(11) Ethernet Link Down - Ethernet Link Down.
R[10:9] Reserved - Reserved for future use.
R(8) Invalid configuration - The module has been pro-
grammed with an EPROM image that cannot pro-
duce a valid acquisition cycle.
R(7) Rx Error - Unexpected Ethernet frame received.
An Ethernet frame was received which was invalid in
some way. This may indicate a problem with the net-
work.
R(6) Rx Overflow - Ethernet receive buffer overflow.
The module is receiving packets faster than they can
be processed. Packets which can cause this include
those addressed to the broadcast MAC address, the
module's own MAC address, or the PTP multicast
MAC address.
R(5) Reserved - Reserved for future use.
R(4) Module Reset - Watchdog timeout. A 1 here
indicates that the module's microprocessor has
failed and has been reset by the internal watchdog
timer.
R[3:2] Reserved - Reserved for future use.
R(1) Time Source Lost - Missed more than five con-
secutive PTP packets.
R(0) Out Of Sync - On the last update the measured
time error relative to the time master was greater
than the value specified by the Synchronisation Level
setting.
PTPTimeError
2's complement value giving the
difference between the Time
sent by the Time Master, which
may be a PTP Grandmaster or a
TCG, and the BCU’s PTP Time
measured in nanoseconds.

data packets.

for recording.
R[7:0] DiskFill - Percentage disk fill, binary encoded
0x00 to 0x64 (0-100%).
