WARNING TO AVOID SCALDING, Do not remove the brewcone or coffee container until the UCM screen indicates that the
brew cycle has finished.
Coffee Brewing Instructions
1. Brewer should be ON (Confirm at rear toggle switch, then press ON/OFF button) and Ready-to-Brew displayed.
2. Make sure tea container is correctly placed on the brew deck, centered under the brewcone.
3. Place a paper filter into
the brew basket. Pour
leaf tea into the brew
cone labled ICED TEA.
4. Slide the tilled brew cone
into brew rails.
6. Press the TEA BREW
button to start brewing
tea.
5. Slide container all the
way in against the cen-
ter wrap.
Tea Brewing Instructions
1. Brewer should be ON (Confirm at rear toggle switch, then press the ON/OFF button). Ready-to-Brew should be on the display.
2. Place an empty coffee container under the brewcone. Make sure the container is open at the top and it is centered under the brew
-
cone.
6. Select the appropriate
COFFEE brew button and
press to start the brew
cycle.
5. Slide the filled brew -
cone into rails on the
brewer.
3. Place a paper filter into
the brew cone labeled
“COFFEE”.
4. Fill the brewcone with the
proper amount of ground
coffee.
