Chapter 2: Installation

Leveling the tank

You can level the tank on the concrete pad by using the loadcell spacers.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have lifted the tank evenly and that the tank weight has been placed on the loadcells.

What You Should Know

IMPORTANT:

Tank must be level for an accurate weight measurement.

Leveling the tank takes a bit of trial and error. It is possible that when you get one leg set, you may have
caused another leg to loosen.

1. Test each tank leg by trying to move or wiggle the leg.

2. If a tank leg moves, then add a loadcell spacer (7) between the washer (13) and the loadcell leg

mount (5) on the tank legs that do not move.

NOTE:

You will need to loosen the bolt (12) to insert the loadcell spacer (7) through the slot in the

loadcell support bracket (2).

3. After adding the loadcell spacer (7), tighten the bolt (12).

4. Test each tank leg again by trying to move or wiggle the leg, and if it still moves, add another loadcell

spacer (7) to the tank legs that do not move.

NOTE:

Be aware that each time you add a loadcell spacer, you may loosen another tank leg.

5. Repeat until all tank legs support an equal amount of weight.
