1.สันคอหมู 500 กรัม

2.ใบไทม์ 100 กรัม

3.โรสแมรี่ 100 กรัม

4.พาสเล่ย์ 50 กรัม

5.น�้ามันหอย 3 ช้อนโต๊ะ

6.น�้าตาล 1 1/2 ช้อนโต๊ะ

7.เกลือ 1/4 ช้อนชา

8.พริกไทย 1 ช้อนชา

9.พริกขี้หนู ปริมาณตามชอบ

วิธีการท�า

1.น�าหมูสันนอกมาแล่เป็นชิ้นขนาดพอเหมาะ

2.น�าใบไทม์,โรสแมรี่ และพาสเล่ย์มาซอยใช้

ส�ารับหมู

3.ตามด้วยน�้ามันหอย,น�้าตาล,เกลือ,พริกไทย

และพริกขี้หนู อาจจะเพิ่มส่วนผสมในการ

ปรุงรสต่างๆ ตามชอบ ทิ้งส่วนผสมให้หมัก

เข้าเนื้อ

4. น�าส่วนผสมที่หมักเข้าที่แล้วไปย่าง เมื่อสุก

สามารถจัดเสริ์ฟได้ทันที
