7. Don’t place it near children or
children can touch when using, don’t
allow the children operate it!
8. Don’t unlock the handle locker
when using! Don’t use it without any
supervision!
9. Don’t operate the appliance with a
damaged cord or plug or is dropped
or damaged in any manner. Return it
to the authorized service facility for
examination, repair or electrical or
mechanical adjustment.
10. Don’t move it when using. You
may do it only after the appliance is
out of electricity and become cool.
11. Don’t pick up the foods by your
hand when using.
12. Extreme caution must be used
when cleaning the appliance: don’t
immerse it into water or any liquids.
13. If any abnormal phenomena
happen, please cut off the electricity
immediately. Then return the appliance
to the retailer or authorized service
shop of local.
14. When or after using the appliance,
don’t touch it until it gets cool.
15. Don’t use this appliance outdoors.
16. To disconnect before cleaning or
without using.
ABOUT THE ELECTRICAL GROUNDING
INSTRUCTIONS
: This appliance must be
grounding while in use to protect the
operator from electrical shock.
The appliance is equipped with
a 3-conductor cord and 3 –prong
grounding-type plug to fit the proper
grounding-type receptacle. If you
are using a two prong receptacle, an
adapter must be used. The grounding
tab which extends from the adapter
must be connected to a permanent
ground such as a properly grounded
outlet box using a metal screw.
The use of an extension cord is not
recommended, but if an extension
cord is used, follow the guidelines
below.
Extension cord:
Use only 3-wire
extension cords which have 3-prong
grounding type plugs and 3-pole cord
connectors that accept the plug from
the appliance. Use only extension
cords having an electrical rating not
less than the rating of the appliance.
Do not use damaged extension cords.
Examine extension cord before using
and replace if damaged.
Operation
1. When using for the first time, wipe
the surface of the plate with damp
clothe and dry with clothe, tissue etc.
Then drop some cooking oil or butter
on the plate. Then preheat for 5 minutes.
2. Fit the plug into the outlet, and the
red light on showing the appliance is
heating.
