TIPS
•
Raw meat that is cut in thin slices or small pieces will cook more evenly and faster.
Do not cook big pieces of meat (Steaks, Chicken Breasts, etc,) without cutting them
in slices or smaller pieces. Always cook raw meats on Raclette Grill Top and
NEVER
in
Pans.
•
Turn meat, fish, seafood and vegetables frequently when cooking on Raclette Grill Top.
Cook meat thoroughly, specially poultry which must be cooked fully through.
•
Marinate meats and vegetable prior to cooking for added flavour.
ALWAYS
pat dry
food that has been marinated to avoid splattering on Raclette Grill Top. Monitor closely
as marinated food will brown faster and may burn.
•
Ensure meat is cooked fully through by turning it frequently.
•
Fish, Seafood and Vegetables are particularly tasty when cooked on Raclette Grill Top.
Do not overcook these for best results.
•
Use Pans to melt cheese or to heat cooked food. Do not let cheese burn. Do not cook
raw meat in Pans. Cooked meats such as ham, salami, cold cuts, etc. can be added and
heated in pan, covered with a slice of cheese.
