Step 2. Close glass door completely.

BAKE.

To Use the Variable
Temperature Broil Function
If desired, you may use the Variable
Temperature Broil Function,
which allows the oven to broil at
any temperature from Warm to
240˚C. General suggested broiling
temperature is 240˚C. Note: You
may adjust the temperature down if
desired. Use upper rack position when
broiling, position C.
Step 1. Place bake tray with food
inside on oven rack.
Step 2. Close glass door partially,
leaving approximately a 1-inch
(2.5 cm) opening at the top.
Step 3. Turn the Function dial to Broil.
Step 4. Turn the temperature control
dial to desired cooking
temperature.
Step 5. Turn the Timer to desired
cook time.
Step 6. When broiling is compete,
open door completely and
remove food.
Step 7. To turn oven off, turn Timer
knob to OFF position.
Note: It is not necessary to preheat
oven on Broil function.
WARNING:
Cooked food and
metal rack can be very hot; handle
with care. Do not leave Convection
Oven unattended.
Special note: If cook time is less than
20 minutes, you must turn Timer past
the 20-minute mark then back to
desired time.
To turn oven off, turn Timer knob to
OFF position.
