Refreshing Pineapple 

&

 Coconut Ice Drink

350ml light coconut milk
250ml fresh orange juice
300g pineapple - cut into chunks
1 ripe banana
3 tsp runny honey

n

  

 

Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes 
until smooth.

n

  

 

Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

n

  

 

With the gelato paddle fitted pour the blended mixture into the ice cream maker and 
set the timer for 30 minutes. The drink is ready when ice crystals begin to form.

n

  

 

Serve immediately.
