•  Place the Cooking Grate (2) on the grid ledge inside the main grill. Place the Upper Cooking Rack (1) on 

the upper ledge inside the main grill. 

     

NOTE:

 To maintain optimal searing and grilling performance of your cooking grates, regular care and      

     maintenance is required.                                                                                                             

     WARNING:

 DO NOT Cover Grates with aluminum foil at any point. That would decrease the amount of        

     airflow and might cause a hopper fire.
