8 ice cubes
Juice 2 limes
8 leaves fresh mint
8 brown sugar cubes
80ml Rum
120ml Perrier water

Place the ice in the work bowl and process using the ‘Chop’ switch for a few seconds to break up the ice.

Add the lime juice and mint leaves and process until combined.

Add the sugar and rum, and mix for a few seconds.
