Always unplug the appliance before cleaning it. Each operation must be carried out when the
appliance is cold.
Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
Check the state of the power cable of your appliance on a regular basis before using it, and if it is
damaged, take it to the service centre closest to you to have it replaced only by specialised people.
Do not use abrasive tools to clean the appliance.
Under each symbol there is a time range suggested for each kind of ingredient. The cooking time is approximate,
it depends also on the thickness and the quantity of the ingredients used.
Auto-off function
This appliance has a timer. When the timer knob reaches "0" the appliance rings and turns off automatically. To turn
off the appliance manually, turn the timer knob counter-clockwise and put it on "0". If you remove the container
during the cooking, the appliance turns off automatically (also if the timer knob is still running).
Cleaning the appliance
- Clean plastic parts with a damp, non-abrasive cloth and dry them with a dry cloth.
- Clean the internal part of the appliance with a non abrasive cloth, soaked in hot water. Dry surfaces.
- Clean the heating elements with a dry cloth to remove residual of food.
Cleaning of components
- The container can be washed in the dishwasher. Or use a common dish detergent and a soft non-abrasive sponge.
- Grab the handle and remove the container from the appliance body.
- To soften the residual of food on the basket it is possible to fill the container with hot water. Add a few drops of
detergent. Let effect for 10 minutes. Wash and dry.
- The container has a non stick coat: opacity and signs, that may appear after prolonged use, are normal and do not
affect cooking and food taste.

tional way.
Use snacks for the oven or
brush the snacks with oil be-
fore putting them in the basket.
