White Rice

Rice and water

Directions
1. Use the measuring cup to measure the desired number of servings
(1 cup=1 serving).
2. Wash and rinse the rice well until the water runs clear.
3. Place the washed rice inside the inner pot and fill with water using the plain rice scale.
4. Place the inner pot inside the rice cooker and close the lid.
5. Select the
PLAIN
mode and cook.

Ingredients:
Rice, Beans, Millet, and Sorghum
●
Directions
1. Use the measuring cup to measure out the required number of servings, keeping the
rice:beans:millet:sorghum ratio to 8:1:0.5:0.5 (1 cup=1 serving)
2. Set the beans aside and soak them in lukewarm water for at least two hours.
3. Wash the mixture and rinse until the water runs clear.
4. Place the mixture inside the inner pot and fill the pot with water using the plain scale.
5. Select the
MIXED
mode and cook.

Rice and water

Directions
1. Use the measuring cup to measure out the required number of servings
(1 cup=1 serving).
2. Wash the rice and rinse until the water runs clear.
3. Place the washed and rinsed rice inside the inner pot and fill the pot with water using the
porridge scale.
4. Place the washed and rinsed rice inside the inner pot and fill the pot with water using the

PORRIDGE
mode and cook.
Reheat (reheating cold rice)

Directions
1. Place the cold rice inside the inner pot and mix well.
2. Select Reheat using the
MENU
button.
3. Press the
COOK
button. The Cook indicator turns on, and the rice begins to be
reheated.
4. Once reheated, the cooker will automatically enter the Warm mode.

To prevent the rice from being overly dried out, spray the rice with little bit of water before reheating.
(Water: 1/4 cup for approx. 45kg)

The cooker can only reheat up to a certain amount of rice. Do not exceed level 2 on the plain scale.
※
Make sure to thoroughly mix the rice before reheating. Reheating rice in lumps can cause the rice to
dry out or even get burned.
※
Make sure to thoroughly mix the rice again after it has been reheated.
※
Repeatedly using the reheat feature or reheating only a small amount of rice can cause the rice to burn
and stick to the bottom of the pot.
