Lawnkeeper 500 Preparation and Settings
Setting the Cutting Height.
Inserting Batteries Fuse
Your Lawnkeeper 500 is shipped with the batteries fuse removed and
it will not operate without it. The fuse is assembled inside its rubber
cover, located under the Bumper Cover.
Lawnkeeper 500 Settings
Control Panel
On the top of the rear side of Lawnkeeper 500 there is a control panel.
The control panel consists of a display, keypad and operating lamp.

The ‘GO’ button is used as a means to select or confirm different
menu options or settings.
z
‘Up‘ / ‘Down‘ arrow keys will allow you to scroll through the menu
items.
z
The ‘STOP’ button has two different functions:
–
when pressing during automatic operation it will stop Lawnkee-
per 500 and blade operation immediately.
–
when pressing at any time during the menu selection process
it will bring you one step back in the menu.
z
‘Main Switch’ button is used to switch off the Lawnkeeper 500. It
is required to switch off the Lawnkeeper 500 when carrying it bet-
ween zones.
Language, Time and Date settings

‘Language’ is the first setting you are asked to set, as Lawn-
keeper 500 wakes up..
1. Lift the Bumper Cover from the
front side of the Lawnkeeper
500.
2. To change the cutting height,
rotate the cutting height adjust-
ment knob.
1. Lift the Bumper Cover, remove
the partition. The fuse can be
inserted in either direction.
2. Insert the fuse.

Note
Lawnkeeper 500 will now power up (wake up).

The Batteries are charged at the factory and have plenty of
power to perform the initial setup and test run.
z
However, after the initial set-up process is completed the
batteries need to be charged 16 hours in the Base Station
before the first operation.
1. Press ‘GO’
2. Scroll ‘UP’ or ‘DOWN’ to choose your
languageand press GO to confirm.
3. Press ‘GO’
4. Scroll to set the time and date and
press ‘GO’ for the next digit
5. Press ‘GO’ to confirm and continue-
with the instructions at the next sub-
paragraph (‘weekly program’setting)
