Step 19: Insert (1) hair pin clip P#(K0099) as shown in
Figure 2-13u, to secure the boot rod.

Step 20: Examine the boot fit-up closely. Ensure that
there are no excessive gaps between the boot and the
mower deck. The aluminum boot should completely
cover the deck opening,
