Step 3. Configure RadioPro

 IP Gateway on Page

 to initiate a connection to the IP Gateway using 

ICU.exe

.

Click on the 

License Key

 tab.  This tab is used to 

transfer the License File between the IP Gateway 
and CTI Products when an upgrade to the License 
is purchased.

Click the 

Export License Key

 button, and then 

choose a location to store the license file.  

5.

 

Send the license file, along with the IP Gateway 
serial number in the subject line, to 

[email protected]

.  If you are requesting 

non-expiring licenses for multiple RadioPro IP 
Gateways, choose unique file names for each 
license file. 

6.

 

Following receipt of the updated license file from 
CTI Products, repeat steps 1 and 2 listed above, click the 

Import License Key

 button, and then choose the 

location where the updated license file was saved.
