WEB OPERATION & CONFIGURATION

Forbidden VLAN:

A port may be configured to never be member of one or more VLANs. This is particularly useful

when dynamic VLAN protocols like MVRP and GVRP must be prevented from dynamically adding ports to VLANs. The
trick is to mark such VLANs as forbidden on the port in question. By default, the field is left blank, which means that
the port may become a member of all possible VLANs.

3.17.2 Membership Status

This page shows the current VLAN membership saved on the Switch.

VLAN ID:

VLANs that are already created.

Port members:

Display member ports on the configured VLANs.

3.17.3 Port Status

This page shows the current VLAN settings on a per-port basis saved on the Switch.

Port:

The port number.

Port Type:

Displays the selected port type of each port.

Ingress Filtering:

Displays whether Ingress Filtering function of each port is enabled or not. When the checkbox is

selected, it indicates that Ingress Filtering is enabled.

Frame Type:

Displays the accepted Ingress frame type.
